Stylers International Limited (the Company) was incorporated in Pakistan as a private limited company under the repealed Companies Ordinance, 1984 (now Companies Act, 2017) on November 27, 1991 and was converted into a public limited company with effect from May 21, 2021. The Company is listed on Pakistan Stock Exchange Limited dated January 22, 2024.
